BIO & CV
Dohee Kim is an artist based in Seoul whose practice unfolds through exhibitions and long-term research-based projects.
She has presented solo and group exhibitions at independent and institutional art spaces in Korea, developing site-responsive works that engage material processes, sound, and bodily rhythm as environmental conditions.
Alongside her exhibition practice, Kim has participated in research-oriented residencies and project-based programs, where she investigates sensory environments in which coherence is not assumed. These research processes often extend into installations, publications, and collaborative formats.
Her work has been supported and contextualized through curatorial research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and sustained inquiry across exhibition and non-exhibition settings.
