1시간 남짓한 이 영상은 작가가 일출부터 일몰까지의 시간 동안 동해안 철책에 가까이 붙어 걸어간 후, 화면을 대칭으로 연결하여 무한히 연장되는 좁은 철책 길을 만든 것이다. 캄캄한 밤에서 시작해 천천히 여명이 밝아오고 양쪽으로 두 개의 해가 떠오르며 아침이 된다. 그리고 낮과 저녁을 지나 노을이 진 후 밤으로 이어진다. 밤은 다시 다음날의 여명으로 이어지는 반복되는 시간 속에서 철책은 끝없이 연장된다. 철책과 그 사이의 풍경은 아이러니하고 괴이한 평화로움을 전한다.

 

The artist filmed the video while walking tightly along a barbed wire fence on the east coast from sunrise to sunset. Then she created a symmetry image by using the video, showing a narrow road with the wire fences that seems to be endlessly expanding. The video has circular motion which starts from the pitch night. It slowly passes morning afternoon and night again along with two suns from the both sides. The wired fence  endlessly extends in the infinite cycle of time from dusk to dawn. The landscape beyond the wired fence conveys an ironic and bizarre peacefulness.
